I want to thank Melvin especially and the team of mechanics for helping fix my Audi A1. My regular servicing shop did not point out any issue until I went over to change tyre @ Autobacs Ubi. Melvin show and point out all the issue my car is having, from drive shaft, rotor and even suspension. Even Though the quotation is quite high but he help me save some cost to fix what is needed first. The downtime is quite long due to some parts need to go back to manufacture. But I’m glad the necessary parts were fix.

I have nothing but good things to say about Autobacs Ubi. Recently changed tyres and some tyre support arms for the car. After about a week, noticed some sound when turning. Autobacs scheduled a thorough inspection and made sure there was nothing wrong and ensured me that the car was safe to drive and handed the car back to me without any charges incurred. That’s what I call service. Thanks to workshop manager Melvin and his team for their exemplary service. I used to send my car to the authorised agent but will now do all necessary servicing here. Signed up for their membership immediately as there is free towing service. They are very transparent and honest with their customers.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Autobacs Workshop! The team was professional, efficient, and to ensure my vehicle was serviced to the highest standard. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the communication was seamless and transparent. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel confident in their expertise. The workshop was modern, clean, and well-equipped, however the prices were slightly higher than outside workshop but still acceptable. I was particularly impressed with Ken which exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend Autobacs Workshop for any vehicle needs. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their service. Well done, team!

Nice set up. Get everything you need for your car here. Biggest selection and variety. All you can think of and more. Lots from Japan. Great place to buy something for your car. Good service and advice as well. Had my coolant top up, staff was very kind and helped me.

At Bukit Batok Autobacs now, leaving satisfied after a Tyre service. A nail went into my driver side tyre and service crew Mr Lee was very detailed and checked all tyre and realised the person who rotated my tyre (from another workshop) did not change the tyre sensor accordingly. Also, one of the tyre was leaking air slowly due to its loosely tighten valve (not sure what to call it hence this name), and he fixed it for me. All I asked for was to remove the nail and patch the tyre, and Mr Lee went above and beyond and ensure that I am all good before leaving the workshop. I came because it is near my place but this experience makes me want to come back here again regardless of distance.

I have been sending my car here for servicing chiefly because of their service quality and transparent pricing. Granted there may be cheaper service options elsewhere, but unless proven and trusted, they also come with quality and pricing concerns; especially for non-standard repairs. But my latest experience here has added service excellence to their list of accolades. Mechanic LEE was very thorough and patient in attending to my request for service recently and provided me with good counsel and advice. He has certainly earned my trust and continued patronage. Booking an appointment for servicing is a breeze. Typically takes between 1-1.5 hrs for a standard job. Staff are friendly and will advise what needs to change. No hardsell.

After 4.5 years with the factory-fitted start-stop battery, it’s seems to be hesitating slightly and lights dim when cranking.

Had some time on Sunday morning and decided to pop into Autobacs. The boys on the ground floor quickly found a suitable Bosch replacement size LN3. Fingers-crossed and hoped that the battery is fairly fresh from the factory.

After installation, the battery was tested and a report was printed by the analyzer (photo). Thankfully the report shows the battery condition to be above factory specifications, exceeding my expectations. Upon payment, a free car wash was including as well! Acceleration was noticeable quicker and expect improved fuel consumption as well !

Thank you to 3 competent gentlemen at the ground level workshop. Received prompt and efficient help to remove a nail and patching of tyre. Fee is reasonable at $12. Waited about 5 mins and the process took them only 5 mins. Payment at level 2, all in all took no more than 15 mins on a Sunday. 👍
